30-Day Return Period

 


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible, the item must:

 

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging

  • Have no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Include proof of purchase

 


For hygiene reasons, earrings and worn accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

 


 

 

Change of Mind Returns

 


Change-of-mind returns are accepted if:

 

  • The product is unused and undamaged

  • Packaging is intact

  • The return request is made within 30 days

 


Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund.


Please contact us within 7 days with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

 


We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


For safety, hygiene, or quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

 

  • Earrings or worn jewellery

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless faulty)

 

 


 

 

Return Process

  2. Our team will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Send the item back using tracked shipping.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.


Processing time:

 

  • Refund approval: 2–4 business days

  • Bank or card provider processing: 3–10 business days

 


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Lost or Missing Parcels

 


If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us.
